Kaizen 4 Kids

A place for initiation, discovery of basic training, fun football and an entry skill centre.


Kaizen 4 Kids is broken down into three smaller age groups to help kids with their skill development, ball contact and confidence all through fun games and matches.


Age range: 5 - 10 years. more details

Kaizen Academies

Training for performance and to shape the player of the future.


Players will learn during this phase about physical and technical aspects of the game as well as warm ups, cooling down, nutrition, rest and recovery etc. Aerobic and anaerobic systems become fully developed and can be trained accordingly. Body-weight strength training and over-all strength development will be optimized during this phase.


Age range: 12 - 17 years. more details

Kaizen High Performance

The highest level of training provided at the Kaizen Football Academies.


Technical, tactical, and psycological skills are key to the athlete's preformance. Here people are trained to compete (VUS).


Age range: 18 - 20 years. more details

Basis of the Academy

The Academy centres around two key components -

a 'Technical' component and a 'Strength & Conditioning' component.


Weather Learning how to compete in all the components - technical, tactical, and physiological are key to the athlete's over-all performance. Strength & conditioning will concentrate on learning basic exercise technique, footwork for speed, core conditioning, and agility drills. more details
